You get a full 30 days to return your item from the date of delivery. If it doesn’t fit, it breaks or you’ve simply changed your mind, send it back and we’ll happily honor you a replacement or refund.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time. If you cancel the order within 24 hours, we will process the refund within 5 business days, and you will get an email confirmation that a refund has been processed.
WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?

Once the item(s) are received, and we inspect the product(s) and make with that all of the conditions for a refund or exchange are met. If your returned item(s) meets the conditions for a refund or exchange on our Returns Policy Page.
Within 5 business days, of receiving your retuned item(s), we will email you with the approval or denial of your refund.
If the refund was denied, the email will include why the refund was denied.
If your refund is approved you will get an email confirmation that a refund has been processed.
HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
Refunds will be to the same payment method used when the original purchase was made.
You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show on your credit card account after the refund was processed
If you haven’t received a refund after the 10 days has pasted, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You have 5 business days upon receipt of the order to notify us about the damage or the incorrect item(s) received. If 5 business days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any items that are received damaged or are incorrect, qualify for an exchange only, we can’t offer refunds for these types of issues.
Send us an email to email@example.com, stating your concern and attach pictures and/or a videos of the item(s) showing the damage or the incorrect item(s) received.
Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) or videos within 5 business days of receiving the email, to confirmed before we issue a replacement. Customer will also have to return the damage or incorrect item(s) in order to receive a replacement. Further instructions will be given through email.
-Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update.
-We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
-Only one code can be used on a purchase.
-Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
